Die A Hero is our tribute to the classic West Coast-inspired IPAs that made us fall in love with craft beer in the first place—clean, crisp and unapologetically hop-forward.

Brewed as a modern California IPA, it delivers bright grapefruit, citrus zest and pine layered over a lean malt profile that lets the hops take centre stage. Firm bitterness keeps every sip refreshing before finishing dry and dangerously drinkable.

This is the beer I wanted to brew.

If that’s the hero in this story… so be it.

Live As The Villain

DDH Hazy IPA — 7.1% ABV

You either die a hero…

…or brew enough hazies to become the villain.

Live As The Villain exists because everyone kept asking for another hazy IPA. So we leaned all the way in.

Loaded with New Zealand Rakau, Nelson Sauvin and Manilita hops, it pours with a glowing haze and explodes with ripe tropical fruit, juicy citrus and layers of pink grapefruit, guava and stonefruit before with a subtle resinous edge.

Soft, saturated and ridiculously drinkable, it’s everything you wanted.

If brewing another hazy makes me the villain…

I’ll wear the title proudly.

Knight In The Dark

Imperial Stout — 11.5% ABV

Collaboration Beer: Cacao Nibs from Josophan's Fine Chocolates

Knight In The Dark is a massive imperial stout built from a double mash before spending time conditioning on toasted coconut and raspberry, then finished with a carefully judged addition of fine chocolate from Josophan's Fine Chocolate.

Rich waves of dark chocolate and freshly toasted coconut dominate the palate before subtle raspberry lifts the finish without ever overpowering the beer. Full-bodied, intensely layered and endlessly warming, this is a beer made for slow pours and even slower conversations.

The final chapter of the trilogy.
