Shipping Information
At Precursor Brewing Company Pty Ltd, we prioritise the freshness and quality of our beer. To ensure this, we process orders every Monday and Tuesday (excluding public holidays) to avoid shipping over weekends, reducing the risk of products sitting unrefrigerated in depots.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays and shipped within 48 hours of processing.
- Delivery Methods: All orders are dispatched through reliable courier services with signature on delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are:
- 2-7 business days for Sydney metro
- 3-10 business days for regional areas and interstate (QLD, ACT, SA, VIC, WA)
- Delivery Requirements: If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the depot and must be collected by an individual over 18 years of age.
- International Orders: Currently, we do not accept international orders.
Note: Delivery of the product to a third party nominated by the Customer is deemed to be delivered to the customer.
Risk of Loss:
Risk transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Storing Our Beers
To maintain optimal quality, we recommend keeping our IPAs, Pale Ales, and other highly hopped variants refrigerated. It’s best to consume them fresh, ideally within a few months.
