There’s something pretty special about the brewing industry. On the surface, we're all doing our own thing, chasing our own ideas, building our own brands and trying to make the best beer we possibly can. But behind the scenes, there's a camaraderie that makes this industry unlike any other.
It's an industry where competitors become mates, knowledge is shared freely, advice is never far away, and when someone needs a hand, there's usually another brewer ready to step up.
That's what On Your Left is really about.
Brewed to celebrate Sydney Beer Week, this Hazy IPA brings together the soft, juicy stonefruit character of Peacharine, the tropical depth and dank edge of Nelson Sauvin and a little Manilita for an extra burst of citrus and fruit. A beer built around hops that complement each other, each bringing something different to the party.
It's also our opportunity to say thank you.
To everyone who took the time to vote for Precursor in the Beer & Brewer Awards, we're genuinely grateful. For a small independent brewery, that kind of support means more than you might realise. Every vote, every shared beer, every recommendation and every conversation helps us keep doing what we love.
