By day, it’s composed and balanced—layered with rich caramel malts and a smooth red glow. But when night falls, the hops come out swinging. Motueka strikes first with bright citrus and lime zest, then Nelson Sauvin delivers a tropical & dank snap that hits with precision. A beer forged in back-alley shadows and rooftop reflections. No mercy, vigilante justice in a glass.
Brewed with Voyager Craft malts, crafted in a way that gives an amazing ruby red hue with a restrained malt character. Bold hop additions of Motueka (Sunrise Valley - Late Harvest) and Nelson Sauvin Sub-Zero Hop Kief (Late harvest) from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, and with the addition of Nelson Sauvin Cryo from Yakima Chief.

Black Mamba - Dark Lager
The Black Mamba is a master of quiet precision. Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts and fermented with lager yeast, hopped in the noble way with Saaz. This beer has clean lager bones wrapped in smooth roasted malt, delivering subtle notes of cocoa and a touch of coffee before vanishing without a trace.
This is no ordinary dark beer. It’s a finely trained assassin among lagers. Elegant. Lethal. Cold as revenge.

Ascend - Double Dry Hopped Hazy Pale
Ascend is our first step - A bright, hazy pale ale double dry hopped with Motueka and Citra. Expect soft, pillowy texture with fresh lime, juicy citrus, and a touch of tropical lift.
Inspired by sunlight breaking over mountains and rivers, this beer is about momentum, clarity, and the road ahead.

Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts and fermented with Mogwai Liquid Yeast. Double dry hopped with large hop additions of Motueka (Sunrise Valley - Late Harvest) from Freestyle Hops (New Zealand) and Citra from Yakima Chief.
